About Food Glorious Food

Food Glorious Food, also known as FGF Catering, was founded in 1999. Culinaire, FGF’s parent company, saw an opportunity to create a marquee off-premise catering company in North Texas that would dominate the high-end market.

Highly developed standards, such as using no frozen products, dramatic food presentations, and always leaving the event venue cleaner than it was before the party, quickly elevated FGF’s reputation and business growth.

Soon after it entered the market, FGF acquired several exclusive venues which helped further propel it into its desired positioning as the biggest and best catering company in North Texas.

A fun little-known fact: Food Glorious Food was named by its founder after the first song in the musical Oliver!, in which he performed as an orphan on-stage when he was nine years old.
